PDCD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR124-3, MTND4LP10, and TTTY2. Each is linked with PDCD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD7-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR124-3 grouped by PDCD7-low versus PDCD7-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
