Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PEA-15_pS116, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with PDCD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD7-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD7 results are reported.
