Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD6IP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,072 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD6IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNFT2, GPD1L, and EMC3. Each is linked with PDCD6IP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD6IP-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD6IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD6IP versus RNFT2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD6IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD6IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
