Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDCD6IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,157 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD6IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXSR1, LRRFIP2, and UBP1. Each is linked with PDCD6IP in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD6IP-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD6IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD6IP versus OXSR1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD6IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD6IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
