Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP14, EIF4EBP1P1, and MIR4252. Each is linked with PDCD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD6-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP14 grouped by PDCD6-low versus PDCD6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
