Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,252 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD27, PDCD2L, and CEBPG. Each is linked with PDCD5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD5-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD5 versus ANKRD27 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
