Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRH, MRPL22, and ATXN7L3P1. Each is linked with PDCD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD4-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRH grouped by PDCD4-low versus PDCD4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
