Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM204BP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM204BP expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM204BP is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, FAM204BP RNA expression shows 10,850 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PDAC. Together, these results highlight LAML, HNSC, and PDAC as cancer lineages where FAM204BP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
