PDCD2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NKRF, ORC5, and PDCD5. Each is linked with PDCD2L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD2L-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD2L versus NKRF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
