Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDCD2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,095 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA processing, rRNA metabolic process, and Ribosome biogenesis. Each is linked with PDCD2L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD2L-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD2L results are reported.
