PDC

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6775, RNA5SP177, and LINC00387. Each is linked with PDC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDC-to-partner and partner-to-PDC results are reported.
