PCYT1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,703 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCYT1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK2, ACAP2, and ABCF3. Each is linked with PCYT1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCYT1A versus PAK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
