Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYT1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,676 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCYT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP5, PAK2, and WDR53. Each is linked with PCYT1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCYT1A versus SENP5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
