Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCYT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,477 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCYT1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with PCYT1A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1A results are reported.
