PCSK9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,315 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FASN, HMGCS1, and PRRC2B. Each is linked with PCSK9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK9-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK9 versus FASN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
