Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,414 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCSK9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLG, S100A12, and SEC31A_S799. Each is linked with PCSK9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK9-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK9 versus PLG in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
