PCSK6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,854 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDLBP, INPP4B, and ABLIM3_S576. Each is linked with PCSK6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK6-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK6 versus HDLBP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
