PCSK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCSK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 398 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTNL3, OR1L6, and KRT76. Each is linked with PCSK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK4-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTNL3 grouped by PCSK4-low versus PCSK4-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
