PCSK1N

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK1N RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,559 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK1N-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, DNAJC1, and MAP1B. Each is linked with PCSK1N in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK1N-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK1N results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK1N versus VCAN in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK1N→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK1N) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
