Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK1N protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,992 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCSK1N-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP26, PPP1R1A, and CTNNA3. Each is linked with PCSK1N in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK1N-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK1N results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK1N versus DUSP26 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK1N→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK1N) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
