PCSK1N

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK1N mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK1N-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, and RNU6-340P. Each is linked with PCSK1N in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK1N-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK1N results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by PCSK1N-low versus PCSK1N-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK1N→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK1N) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
