PCSK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,335 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NNMT, ARHGAP39_S366, and SNX2_S185. Each is linked with PCSK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK1 versus NNMT in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
