Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,883 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCSK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHGA, SYP, and RUNDC3A. Each is linked with PCSK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK1 versus CHGA in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
