Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,710 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCSK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, PKM, and TIPIN. Each is linked with PCSK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by PCSK1-low versus PCSK1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
