PCSK1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PCSK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK1 results are reported.
