Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCP4L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCP4L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5787, LINC00850, and OR2G3. Each is linked with PCP4L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP4L1-to-partner and partner-to-PCP4L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5787 grouped by PCP4L1-low versus PCP4L1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCP4L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCP4L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
