Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP206, RNU2-61P, and RN7SL680P. Each is linked with PCP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP4-to-partner and partner-to-PCP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
