Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,414 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, RNA5SP413, and ABALON. Each is linked with PCNP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNP-to-partner and partner-to-PCNP results are reported.
