PCNP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, Ku80, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with PCNP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNP-to-partner and partner-to-PCNP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3_pY1289 grouped by PCNP-low versus PCNP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
