Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,340 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, GINS1, and CENPI. Each is linked with PCNA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNA-to-partner and partner-to-PCNA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCNA versus CDKN3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
