Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCNA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,663 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Mitotic DNA replication, and Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication. Each is linked with PCNA in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNA-to-partner and partner-to-PCNA results are reported.
