PCM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,796 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, PPP2R2A, and CCDC25. Each is linked with PCM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCM1-to-partner and partner-to-PCM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCM1 versus CCAR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
