Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,062 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO16, ELP3, and INTS10. Each is linked with PCM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCM1-to-partner and partner-to-PCM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCM1 versus FBXO16 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
