Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSR, RBBP4, and TIPIN. Each is linked with PCM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCM1-to-partner and partner-to-PCM1 results are reported.
