Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and ATM. Each is linked with PCM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCM1-to-partner and partner-to-PCM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by PCM1-low versus PCM1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
