Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,599 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, and Negative regulation of heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with PCM1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCM1-to-partner and partner-to-PCM1 results are reported.
