Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,538 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STATH, RNF212B, and KCNA1. Each is linked with PCM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCM1-to-partner and partner-to-PCM1 results are reported.
