Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCLO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,476 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCLO-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBOX1, KIAA0513, and RAB30. Each is linked with PCLO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCLO-to-partner and partner-to-PCLO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCLO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCLO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
