Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCLO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCLO-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, TFRC, and TIGAR. Each is linked with PCLO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCLO-to-partner and partner-to-PCLO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCLO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCLO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
