Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCLO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,766 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCLO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Presynaptic active zone assembly, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PCLO in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCLO-to-partner and partner-to-PCLO results are reported.
