PCLAF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCLAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,107 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCLAF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, MCM4, and MCM5. Each is linked with PCLAF in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCLAF-to-partner and partner-to-PCLAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCLAF versus RRM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCLAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCLAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
