Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, mTOR_pS2448, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PCK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCK2-to-partner and partner-to-PCK2 results are reported.
