Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNG2, AVP, and MROH2B. Each is linked with PCK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCK2-to-partner and partner-to-PCK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CACNG2 grouped by PCK2-low versus PCK2-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
