Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCIF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,831 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSER1-DT, WDR35, and SPATA25. Each is linked with PCIF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCIF1 results are reported.
