PCIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,031 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP413, and HMGB1P17. Each is linked with PCIF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by PCIF1-low versus PCIF1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
