PCID2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCID2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,661 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1R1, RFC3, and NUFIP1. Each is linked with PCID2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCID2-to-partner and partner-to-PCID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCID2 versus IL1R1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
