PCID2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1D1, RNU6-508P, and RAET1E-AS1. Each is linked with PCID2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCID2-to-partner and partner-to-PCID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1D1 grouped by PCID2-low versus PCID2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
