Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCID2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,164 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCID2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-transcriptional tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, and Nucleotide-excision repair, DNA gap filling. Each is linked with PCID2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCID2-to-partner and partner-to-PCID2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Post-transcriptional tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery grouped by PCID2-low versus PCID2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
