PCGF7P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF7P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,935 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF7P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with PCGF7P in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF7P-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF7P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation grouped by PCGF7P-low versus PCGF7P-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF7P→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF7P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
