PCGF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,553 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, TCEAL4, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with PCGF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF2-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCGF2 versus XPO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
